Village of Tall Trees man held without bond at Lake County Jail

A Village of Tall Trees man with a long history of arrests, is back behind bars.

Devon Christopher Daily, 44, of 2292 Oak Bend Place, who had been placed on probation earlier this year on charges of marijuana possession and narcotics equipment possession, was arrested on a probation violation on Friday.

He had been sentenced to six months probation on each of the charges in July.

Lady Lake police arrested Daily earlier this year when he was caught with open liquor, marijuana and wearing headphones in a golf cart.

He was previously arrested on charges of breaking into a neighbor’s house and stealing his truck.

Daily is being held without bond at the Lake County Jail.
