Outpouring of support for widow whose golf cart stolen, batteries stripped

There has been an outpouring of support for a Villager whose golf cart was stolen and stripped of its batteries.

The golf cart was stolen from a widow on a fixed income living in Orange Blossom Gardens. The golf cart was impounded by police after it was discovered abandoned Friday on Silver Lake Executive Golf Course.

Now the woman faces the expense of transporting the golf cart back home and replacing the batteries.

Love INC. has agreed to act as a collection point to help the woman.
