Memorial service set for woman killed in motorcycle accident at Rolling Acres Road and CR466

A memorial service has been set for a woman who died as the result of a May 14 motorcycle accident at Rolling Acres Road and County Road 466.

Diane Fioretti Lanthier, 58, had been a passenger on a Harley-Davidson tricycle motorcycle when the accident occurred. You can read more about the accident HERE

A memorial service will be held at noon Saturday, June 4 at the M. John Scanlan Funeral Home in Pompton Plains N.J. with a later reception at the home of brother Ken Fioretti. The following week  from 1 to 4 p.m. Saturday, June 11 there will be a reception in Life Celebration honoring Diane at Beef ‘O’ Brady’s of Clermont.

She had been an architectural drafting technician for 20 years, the last 12 with Hunton Brady Architects. A resident of Clermont,  she enjoyed “mud-bogging, camping and practical jokes,” according to her family.

Her cousin Kathy and brother Ken were with Diane when she passed away May 18 at Ocala Regional Medical Center

She is survived by her mother Terre Fioretti, her father Warren Fioretti, sister Pani Page, brothers Dan and Ken Fioretti, step-mother Mari Molenaar plus many cousins in Florida, New Jersey and elsewhere. Also grieving her loss is her long-term companion, Bryan Barnash, his daughter Matti and her many Florida friends.
