Woman steals more than $500 worth of liquor in two trips to Wal-Mart

A woman stole more than $500 worth of liquor in two trips on Wednesday to Wal-Mart in Summerfied.

The woman entered the store at about 3 p.m. and stole 11 bottles of Remy Martin Cognac and one bottle of Grey Goose Vodka, according to an incident report from the Marion County Sheriff’s Office.

She returned to the store at about 7 p.m. and stole two bottles of Ciroc liquor and another bottle of Grey Goose Vodka, stuffing them into them the same purse she had used the first time.

The value of the stolen liquor was in excess or $500, according to the report.

The woman was not apprehended.

The incidents were reported by Wal-Mart’s loss prevention officer.
