A Wildwood man was arrested after allegedly attacking a woman in front of her children.
Tabias Rydell James, 28, is facing a charge of battery following his arrest on New Year’s Day by Wildwood police.

A witness told police that James had been waving his fist at the woman and physically restrained her arms behind her back. The witness also said the children “were screaming for their mother.”
