Why are we paying for Morse bridge repair?

To the Editor:

Tell me again why it is that JUST Districts 5-11 are being forced to pay for the Morse Bridge repairs?  Don’t all residents of the Villages, including those who work at Developer’s offices, use this bridge?  It has been going on so long, I forget the reason.
