Villages announces plan for debris removal

Debris removal is scheduled to begin throughout The Villages along both the roadways and from residential property when piled at the edge of the road.

To allow residents adequate time to assess needs and prepare debris on their personal property, debris removal is scheduled to begin on Friday, Sept. 15. The debris hauler, CrowderGulf, will pick up debris in marked vehicles from residential property that is placed along the roadway. They will begin each morning at 7 a.m. and will work until approximately 7:30 p.m. When stacking debris, use caution to avoid any electrical boxes or water meters. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact the District Customer Service Center at (352) 753-4508.
