Villagers for Veterans presenting ‘Dancing for Heroes’ March 20

Versatile performer Roy Michaels will headline a “Dancing For Heroes” show at 6 p.m. March 20 at American Legion Post 347. Doors will open at 5 p.m.

Proceeds from the event, sponsored by Villagers For Veterans, will be used for a golf outing for wounded veterans. Tickets are $12.50.

Michaels, a former lead vocalist with the Brooklyn Bridge, often entertains at fundraisers in The Villages. He can sing country, pop and rock songs, and is always willing to lend a hand for veterans.
“It’s good to give something back to our veterans who have done so much for us,” Michaels has said.
