Villager buys lunch and drinks after hole-in-on at Belle Glade

Ron Duuck of the Village of Dunedin scored his first hole in one after playing golf for more than 50 years.

Duuck got the hole-in-one Saturday, Jan. 20  at the Belle Glade Championship Golf Course at Hole #6, playing 108 yards from the white tees.  The hole-in-one was witnessed by his playing partners Walt Pierce and Ed and Denise Schindel. Duuck finished the round with a score of 79 and celebrated with his Saturday morning group by buying drinks and lunch for all.
