To the Editor:
Instead of everyone being afraid and annoyed by this child why not have the people in the neighborhood befriend the child?
They are not stupid, sometimes they are smarter than we are.
If you explain to him that removing his clothes and peeking in windows is not the proper thing to do and help to encourage him to do other things like help around the neighborhood by cleaning up leaves or debris, he would feel more useful and you would feel less intimidated. They can be wonderful teachers to us who do not understand.
