Villager Marsha Solms had been playing golf for 14 years and have never had a hole-in-one.

That all changed on Friday Aug. 4 at the Belle Glade Championship Golf Course. She got the hole-in-one at Hole #7 at Seminole, using a 5 hybrid for 110 yards.

“I was playing with my husband Chuck who has had one hole-in-one, but didn’t get it in The Villages, so I feel I’m tied with him, but sort of one-up because I got mine in The Villages,” the Village of Bonita resident said.

If you get a hole-in-one be sure to share the news with us at news@villages-news.com.
