‘Two Tenors Do Ballroom’ coming to Laurel Manor Recreation Center

Take a couple of tenors, add a pianist and, for good measure, toss in ballroom dancers from The Villages.
That’s the formula for “Two Tenors Do Ballroom,” April 8, at 6:30 p.m. in the Laurel Manor Recreation Center.
The event will offer ballroom dancing – and demonstrations — for three hours. Mark Steven Schmidt and Alan Ross are the tenors. Maestro Bill Doherty will supply the musical backing.

It’s a bit like “Dancing With The Stars.” Those attending can dance, or just listen to the music and watch the action on the dance floor.

Money raised will benefit the Rhode Island Chapter of USA Dance Special Olympics Ballroom Dance Team.
