Two more CDD incumbents preparing to seek re-election to their seats

Two more incumbent Community Development District supervisors are preparing to seek re-election to their seats.

CDD 6 Chair Sally Moss and CDD 8 Chair Phil Walker are the latest supervisors to pre-file with the Sumter County Supervisor of Elections Office.

Incumbent CDD 5 Supervisor Gerald Knoll is the only incumbent to have drawn a challenger. He will square off against Charles Vaughan of the Village of Sunset Pointe.

Other CDD incumbents to pre-file are:

• CDD 2 Supervisor Bryan Lifsey

• CDD 5 Gary Kadow

• CDD 6 Supervisors Linda Grzeski and Peter Moeller.

• CDD 8 Supervisors Larry McMurry and Duane Johnson.

The CDD races are non-partisan.
