Sumter County sheriff’s detectives seek suspect in fraudulent return at Lowe’s

Sumter County sheriff’s detectives are seeking assistance in the search for a suspect who made a fraudulent return at Lowe’s on U.S. Hwy. 441 in Lady Lake.

The man entered the store on June 8 and made a fraudulent return of power equipment. The suspect is described as being a heavy set black male, approximately 35-55 years of age, wearing eyeglasses, a black sleeveless T-shirt, black shorts and a blue ball cap.

The suspect was captured on video surveillance at Lowe’s.
