A tenant has been announced for the 4,000 square-foot building being constructed between McDonalds and Tire Kingdom in Lady Lake Crossing.
Mattress 1 will be joining retailers including Kohl’s and the new Stein Mart store going in at the shopping plaza.
Mattress 1 has more than 150 locations in Florida and offers Tempur-Pedic, iComfort, Sealy, Serta, Simmons, Stearns and Foster, and Kingsdown brands.
An opening date for Mattress 1 has not been announced.
Stein Mart is expected to open before Thanksgiving. ULTABeauty will be located in the same building as Stein Mart. A third tenant for that property has yet to be announced.
The properties are being developed by the Benchmark Group which is also developing the new Texas Roadhouse directly across the U.S. Hwy. 27/441.
