Security cameras missing from local church in wake of popular Greek festival

Security cameras are missing from a local church in the wake of a popular Greek festival held there.

A member of the Parish Council at St. Mark Greek Orthodox Church in Belleview contacted the Marion County Sheriff’s Office this week after he discovered that the security cameras were missing.

The church hosted its annual Greek festival this past weekend on the church grounds.

Three cameras are missing and the brackets which had held them are damaged, according to the incident report from the sheriff’s office.
