Pressure washing at water tower forces detour of golf cart path traffic

Pressure washing began Saturday at a water tower in The Villages, forcing a detour for golf cart drivers on the Laurel Manor Trail.

Pressure washing and painting will continue at the water tower near the Laurel Manor Recreation Center through Dec. 30.

Orange cones and directional signs are in place guiding golf cart drivers away from the work zone.
