To the Editor:
Per your rhetorical question on pay of Village town square performers, the pay is totally appropriate to me. I and friends more often attend the highly paid groups, as we like their shows “better.” Their crowds are always larger, and I believe generate revenue for the merchants accordingly. Net, justified pay differences from my perspective.
Moreover, I am surprised that you published this info. I know that it embarrassed some of the entertainers, as I know a few.
