Ocala Police Department investigating shooting at a restaurant that left one dead

The Ocala Police Department is investigation a shooting that occurred in the parking lot of Ker’s WingHouse in Ocala that left one man dead.

OPD officers responded to an incident on Sunday at 9:52 p.m. in reference to a shooting at the wing house located at 2145 East Silver Springs Blvd., according to a media release. Officers located 26-year-old Jonathan Sullivan, who had suffered multiple gun shot wounds, in the parking lot. Sullivan was taken to a local hospital and died as a result of his injuries, the release stated. The shooting suspect, 23-year-old Robert Kenard Bavle, was arrested for second degree murder and transported to the Marion County Jail.
