To the Editor:
I would like to inquire as to why The Villages does not have trash cans for their residents. Every week I put out my trash, and I always see Animal Control going up and down the street trying to capture raccoons that have gotten into people’s trash. It seems to me that it is completely unsanitary. Can someone please contact me as to why we do not have county supplied trash cans like neighborhoods outside of The Villages and how this problem could be resolved?
