A misguided motorist made a wrong turn Sunday onto a golf cart path near Colony Cottage Recreation Center.

A man driving a red automobile made the turn from Colony Boulevard shortly after noon Sunday, startling drivers and passengers in golf carts traveling in the opposite direction.

The confused driver of an automobile strayed Sunday onto the busy golf cart path near Colony Cottage Recreation Center.

A man driving one of the golf carts got out and directed the man driving the red car into the parking lot of the recreation center.

The mix of golf carts and automobiles in The Villages can be confusing to some. Below are some past examples:
