Mark Hayes selected as CDD 4’s ARC representative

A Village of Piedmont resident has been selected as the Community Development District 4 representative to the Architectural Review Committee.

Mark Hayes was chosen Friday afternoon by CDD 4 supervisors to serve on the ARC.

Hayes will replace Marty Wilber who has decided to step down from the ARC.

Hayes is a retired police chief.

John MacGowan will continue to serve as CDD 4’s ARC alternate representative.
