Man with suspended license arrested after caught driving on Del Mar Drive in The Villages

A man with a suspended license was arrested after he was caught driving early Saturday morning on Del Mar Drive in The Villages.

Andrew Nicholas Foley, 25, of Palm Coast, was pulled over shortly before 2 a.m. at Del Mar Dive and Avenida De Las Casas, according to an arrest report from the Lady Lake Police Department.

The officer found that Foley’s license had been suspended on Nov. 28, 2016 for failure to appear on a traffic summons. Foley had also been convicted of driving while license suspended in 2015 in Georgia.

He was booked at the Lake County Jail and released after posting $1,000 bond.
