Man steals 55-inch television set from Wal-Mart in Summerfield

A man stole a 55-inch television set on Tuesday from Wal-Mart in Summerfield.

The man loaded the Samsung UHD television valued at $498 into a cart at about 11:20 a.m., according to an incident report from the Marion County Sheriff’s Office.

He wheeled the cart near the front door and left it briefly. He returned, wheeled the cart out the front door, ran to a four-door black vehicle, loaded the TV into the car and left.
