Lyle W. Hunter

Lyle W. Hunter, age 38, passed away in Leesburg, Florida on May 2, 2018. Lyle was born on October 30, 1979 to Leslie William and Thelma (Crews) Hunter in Gainesville, Florida. Lyle was raised by his Step-Mother Becky Brown whom he remained close to.

Lyle married Loretta Hatfield in Gainesville, Florida in 2005.

Lyle loved to fish, ride four wheelers, and being in the woods or on the beach. He loved nature and the outdoors.

Lyle is survived by his wife of 13 years, son Travis Pridgen, son Tony Monk Jr. and wife Christine, son Lyle William Hunter, Jr, daughter Kyleanne Hunter. Brothers Roger Lee Hunter and Leslie William Hunter Jr. and Kayla Hunter. Step-Brother James Gruner, and Step-Sister Nina Brown. Grandchildren Leslie, Madyson, Dallas, Mason, Eli and Easton. Lyle is preceded in death by his father, and sister Crystal Hunter

Visitation will be held on Monday May 7th from 4 to 6 p.m. with Service to follow at 6 p.m. at the Banks Page-Theus Funeral Chapel.

Memorials may be made to the Humane Society of Sumter County in memory of Lyle W. Hunter.
