Lou Allen Edward Krause

Lou Allen Edward Krause (born April 12, 1924) of Leesburg, FL, came face to face with the Savior he loved and served on Thursday, May 17, 2018.

In his 94 years, Lou experienced a great deal of life, including serving in the Merchant Marines during WWII, serving his family as a loving husband, father, and grandfather, and serving his church family as a Deacon at FBC Leesburg and as a member of Gideon’s International.

Lou is survived by his wife Jean of 43 years, his children Jeff (Shelly) Krause of Minnesota, Sue Smith of Idaho, Mike Krause of Idaho, Kenda (David) Lewis of Leesburg, Larry (Laurie) Matthias of Illinois, and Tami (Bill) Farner of Leesburg, as well as numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

A celebration of life will be held on Wednesday, May 23 at 1 p.m. in the Chapel of FBC Leesburg.
