Lionel “Ray” Richardson, Beloved Son, Brother, and Uncle was born in Melrose Park, Illinois August 22, 1963 and left this life on July 14, 2018.

Lionel is preceded in death by his father Lionel “Ted” Richardson.

Lionel is survived by his mother Mary of Oxford, sister Kay Richardson and Brother-In-Law Brian Stallings of Tallahassee, one nephew Trenton Stephens of Oxford, and nieces Taylor Banks of Wildwood, Annaliese Stephens of Fruitland Park.

Lionel was employed by the City of Eustis, and was the past President of the Eagles chapter in Umatilla.
