Legendary realtor ‘Debbie O’ sells Realty Executives office in Villages

Legendary Villages realtor Debbie Okruhlica has sold her Realty Executives office to longtime friend and fellow realtor Glenn Stein.

For Stein, purchasing The Villages real estate office brings him “full circle.”

He previously owned The Villages franchise and sold it to Okruhlica.

“Debbie O,” as she is famously known throughout The Villages will still be working at the office and doing what she loves — selling real estate.

She was a trailblazer when she founded a real estate company in Ohio years ago. She built that company to No. 1 in the market before selling it and moving to Florida where she eventually found herself back in the real estate business.

Stein also owns a Realty Executives office in Ocala. He and his wife of 20 years, Juliana, have two daughters, 14 and 11.
