A man and woman were found dead early Wednesday morning in their home in Silver Springs Shores.
Marion County sheriff’s deputies were dispatched at about 5 a.m. to the 7400th block of Midway Terrace after a 911 hang-up call.
When deputies arrived on scene, they discovered the couple dead inside the residence. MCSO Major Crimes detectives, forensic technicians and the Medical Examiner responded to the scene. Detectives are actively developing potential suspect information.
