Law enforcement called to local restaurant after fight breaks out between lunchmates

Law enforcement officers were called to a local restaurant after a fight broke out between lunchmates.

The two women were eating lunch at about 12:30 p.m. Tuesday at Sweet Tomatoes in Lady Lake when they began arguing, according to an incident report from the Lady Lake Police Department.

The women began calling each other names and one of them slapped the other.

The two women had to be separated.

The woman who did the slapping admitted she “lost her temper.”

The woman who was slapped declined to pursue charges.
