Lake County Sheriff’s Office has spots remaining in teen Criminal Justice Career Camp

The Lake County Sheriff’s Office has some spots left for teens ages 14 to 17 in its upcoming Criminal Justice Career Camp.

The camp, which teaches teenagers about the world of criminal justice, is being held July 16-20 from 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. It is free and lunch is provided at no cost to those attending.

Teens interested in attending should have their parents get an application online at www.lcso.org under the “What’s New” tab. It’s essential to get applications turned in quickly because the sheriff’s office needs time to conduct background checks on those who want to attend the camp.
