Lady Lake ready to annex 85th lot as part of revitalization of Historic Side of The Villages

The 85th lot is set to be annexed into the Town of Lady Lake as a result of the ongoing revitalization of the Historic Side of The Villages.

The latest annexations were approved Monday night by the Lady Lake Planning and Zoning Board.

The latest properties to be annexed are located at:

• 901 Silver Oak Avenue

• 809 Royal Palm Avenue

• 818 Royal Palm Avenue

• 816 Royal Palm Avenue

• 805 Elm Street

• 746 Royal Palm Avenue

As The Villages has been removing the manufactured homes and replacing them with site-built homes, the homes that weren’t already located in Lady Lake are being annexed into the town.

The annexations will be considered at town commission meetings on Feb. 5 and 21.
