John W. Malmos Sr.

John W. Malmos, Sr., 78, of The Villages, FL, passed away Thursday, March 1, 2017. Mr. Malmos was born September 3, 1939 in Mt. Holly, NJ to George and Irene (Gliba) Malmos.

He was a U.S. Navy Veteran and had retired from the Hickons School District in N.J.

John moved here in 2011 from Hatfield, PA and enjoyed bowling on the league in Spanish Springs, golfing, swimming and working out.

Survivors include his loving wife of 31 years, Dee; children, John W. Malmos, Jr (Heidi), Jan Marie Malmos, Judy Brandenburger (Ernie), Mary Godino and Jennifer Buck; brother, George Malmos; 9 grandchildren and 8 great-grandchildren. John was preceded in death by a daughter, Debbie Hensher.
