Incumbent CDD 5 supervisor will face challenger in November election

An incumbent Community Development District 5 supervisor will face a challenger in the November election.

Incumbent CDD 5 Supervisor Gerald Knoll has prefiled to run again for Seat 2. Also, prefiling to run for Seat 2 is Charles Vaughan of the Village of Sunset Pointe.

Incumbent CDD 5 Supervisor Gary Kadow has prefiled to run again for Seat 5. He has not drawn an opponent.

Several other incumbent CDD supervisors have prefiled to run again:

• CDD 2 Supervisor Bryan Lifsey

• CDD 6 Supervisors Linda Grzeski and Peter Moeller.

• CDD 8 Supervisor Larry McMurry.

The CDD races are non-partisan.
