Homeless man arrested and charged with trespassing at apartment complex

A homeless man was arrested Tuesday afternoon and charged with trespassing at the Shady Road Villas in Ocala.

Terrence Lee Brown, 40, had been trespassed from the apartments, located at 9100 SW 27th Ave., last Thursday. When confronted by a Marion County deputy Tuesday, Brown said he came back to pick up his laptop, a report states.

Brown was taken to the Marion County Jail and held on $1,000 bond.
