He’s not a puppet – he’s my apprentice

To the Editor:

Once it became obvious Obama started trashing the White House with open doors to illegal aliens, disrespectful clergy, terrorist groups, and massive socialist policies; I began a nationwide search for a highly successful (non-political) businessman (or woman) who could restore American virtues.
Donald Trump was the only prospect who met or exceeded the negotiating skills of Benjamin Franklin, the unselfish leadership qualities of George Washington, the determined conviction that all people have natural born freedoms, and the strategic intuition of Ronald Reagan.
These superb character qualities, coupled with Clint Eastwood’s kick-ass personality, resulted in his immediate appointment as my apprentice.  Once the American public recognized Trump’s potential to restore White House respect, his presidency was a no-brainer.  Even though just an apprentice, his mastery of social media is absolutely amazing. Looking forward, prospective apprentices are currently being vetted for the 2024 election.
