Helping constituents with poor service from United States Postal Service

Congressman Daniel Webster

A couple from Leesburg and their community were experiencing habitual poor service from a certain mail carrier involving regularly misdelivered mail, which included tax-related documents and other sensitive mail containing personally identifiable information. My office expressed their concerns to the United States Postal Service (USPS) and the couple later stated that their mail service has improved substantially in recent weeks and that the Post Office contacted them to provide more information on its Informed Delivery service. The constituents signed up for the service and stated that they are confident it will help them easily resolve any future misdeliveries.

Constituent services is a critical element of our congressional office. The federal government is a massive operation, and my office is available if you ever need assistance in navigating the bureaucracy or cutting through red tape. We are here to serve you.

Congressman Daniel Webster represents The Villages in the U.S. House of Representatives.
