Goodwill Superstore will hold job fair this week

A job fair is scheduled from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. Wednesday at the Oxford Goodwill Superstore, 11954 County Road 105, near Wal-Mart at Buffalo Ridge Plaza.

The fair is designed to find applicants for vacant positions at the store.

Goodwill is recruiting sales associates and donations processors.

Applicants are encouraged to fill out an application at www.sbsgoodwill.com and bring it to the fair. Applications also will be available at the store and walk-ins are welcome.

Goodwill offers a benefits package, a drug-free workplace and is an equal opportunity and affirmative action employer.

The Oxford store is operated by Goodwill Industries – Suncoast, which covers 10 counties in west central Florida.

The donated goods retail operation supports human services, including employment services, training and job placement for people with disabilities, a children’s literacy program, affordable apartments for seniors and people with disabilities and community corrections programs.
