Email Newsletter Subscriptions
Beginning January 1, 2018, Villages-News.com began offering a premium email newsletter subscription model. Our premium subscribers receive:
- Daily Email Newsletter at 5:30 a.m. with all of today’s stop stories
- Breaking news alerts directly to your email inbox
It is possible that our emails are being diverted to your spam folder, or that they are being filtered into another folder, or that your email address has been unsubscribed from our subscription list. Please contact us by clicking here and selecting “Subscription Issues” under the drop down menu. Please make sure to provide your email address and full name and we will review our records to resolve the issue.
If you do not want to sign up for our premium email newsletter, we also have the option to sign up for our standard email newsletter. The standard email newsletter includes one top story for the day. The standard email newsletter subscription does not include our other top stories, nor does it include any breaking news email alerts.
On the top menu of any page on Villages-News.com, click on “Events.” Beneath the opening paragraph, you should see a “Post Your Event” button in green. Once you select this button, a popup should appear to ask you for your event details.
NOTE: If you cannot see this popup, it is possible that you have popup-blocker enabled. Please ensure that your popup blocker is disabled.
Currently, users may not edit an event once it is published. As a result, it is imperative that you ensure that all of the details on your event are correct. Villages-News.com is not responsible for incorrect or misinformation in an event listing.
NOTE: If you have any questions or specific requests, you may always visit www.villages-news.com/contact-us
Villages-News.com reserves the right of publication for any and all letter to the editor submissions. If your event was commercially soliciting, outside of our service area, or deemed inappropriate, it will not be published in our events section. For case-by-case questions, please visit www.villages-news.com/contact-us
Do you have a business or professional seminar, lunch and learn, or other type of commercially soliciting event that you’d like to announce? Send your request to our advertising department by clicking here.
