Disappointed in Concrete Mixer

To the Editor:

I waited patiently for the crowds to thin at Culver’s for four weeks. I went in tonight at 8:25 when it was quiet. I waited 18 minutes for a famous Concrete Mixer. When I got it, it was very soft and mushy and surprisingly without flavor. I ordered vanilla. I was charged more than what was on the menu. I could have gotten a pint of Haagen-Dazs for the same price. For my money, Hank’s custard shop just outside Meadville, Pa, runs circles around this custard. Based on the menu prices I will continue to give my business to Steak n Shake. I will not return to Culver’s.
