Counterfeit bills discovered at local liquor store

Three counterfeit bills were discovered at ABC Fine Wine & Spirits in Lady Lake.

The manager at the store reported on Feb. 11 a woman came into the store with two counterfeit $5 bills, according to an incident report from the Lady Lake Police Department. The bills did not pass through a detector. The woman said she received the bills as change at Walgreens. She left the bills at the liquor store.
