Convicted sex offender in Village of Summerhill booked without bond for failure to register

A convicted sex offender living in the Village of Summerhill has been booked without bond for failure to register.

Jeremy Christopher Potts, 32, was taken into custody Monday afternoon and booked at the Sumter County Detention.

He has been living at 1101 Berkshire Place, according to the arrest report.

The former Kennesaw, Ga. resident was convicted in 2012 of sexual exploitation of children.
