Carl K. Wellman

Carl K. Wellman, AKA Kim age 73 of Oxford, FL, passed away at his home surrounded by his loving family on October 2, 2018. Carl was born to Carl and Lily (Kimble) Wellman on February 15, 1945 in Gainesville, FL.

Carl married his wife Dorothy Stambaugh, Dec.31,1973, in Bronson Methodist Church in Bronson, Fl.

Carl was a U.S. Veteran having served in the U. S. Air Force. Carl worked for CSX railroad company as conductor. Carl was a member of the Wildwood United Methodist Church, Oxford United Methodist Church, Wildwood Masonic Lodge, VFW, and the American Legion.

Carl is survived by his wife Dorothy, son Duane (Anabelle) Stephens of Oxford, Daughter Nicole Wellman (Jason Woodham) of Leesburg, GA, and four grandchildren, Kayla, Schuylar, Madelynn and Colton, and several nieces and nephews. Carl is preceded in death by son Carl, brother Joseph, and parents Lily and Carl Wellman..

A memorial service will be held on Monday October 8, at 11 a.m. at Banks/Page-Theus Funeral Home in Wildwood.
