Brenda Marie Amerson

Brenda Marie Amerson of The Villages, FL, was born Aug.12 1936 in Staten Island, NY and left this earth on March 3, 2018. Through her 81 years of life, she enjoyed square dancing with her husband, Willie, for 40 years and belonged to Orange Blossom Square Dance Club. Brenda also loved spending her time playing cards, dominos, mahjong, traveling and time with family and friends.

Brenda and Willie moved to the Villages in 1988 and have been a part of the community for the last 30 years. Brenda is survived by her loving husband of 64 years, Willie Amerson; her son Michael Amerson (Gina); her daughter Sandi Stiles (David); her son Bruce Amerson; four granddaughters; three great grandchildren and one great-great grandson.

A Mass of Christian Burial celebrating Brenda’s life, will be offered at 8:30 a.m. on Monday March 19, 2018 at St. Timothy Catholic Church, 1351 Paige Place, The Villages, FL 32159 with Inurnment services to follow at Florida National Cemetery in Bushnell, FL.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Florida Cancer Specialist @www.foundation.flcancer.com, Cornerstone Hospice House @ www.cshospice.org or a donation of your choice.
