Assistant District Manager to join CDD 2 supervisor in Q&A session Tuesday evening

Assistant District Manager Richard Baier will join Community Development District 2 Supervisor Bill Schikora in a question-and-answer session Tuesday, Feb. 27 at Santiago Recreation Center.

Amenity Authority Committee member Don Deakin and Property Owners Association of The Villages President Cliff Weiner will also attend Tuesday’s event which will take place from 7 to 9 p.m. 

Schikora had more than 30 attendees at his first Q&A session last month.

“Lots of interesting topics were discussed…one of which was especially important to me personally. There are some SERIOUS problems going on –right on my own street– involving violations of the internal Restrictive Covenants (Deed Restrictions) that affect our quality of life and our property values. Neighbors are getting together to discuss this further,” Schikora said.

He encourages resident to attend Tuesday’s event.
