Courtney Villages, a 356-unit multifamily apartment complex in Lady Lake, has been sold for $30.25 million.
GMC Property Management, based in Jacksonville, purchased the multifamily asset, which is 96 percent occupied. The apartment complex was sold by Orlando-based Contravest.
The apartment complex is home to many working professionals connected to industries serving residents of The Villages.
“The property is well-positioned to benefit from the growing demand for rentals in the immediate area,” said Patrick Dufour of the ARA Central and North Florida-based sales team, which helped broker the sale.
The apartment complex is located on County Road 466 between Rolling Acres Road and Highway 27/441.
