All six performances of ‘Evita’ sold out

It looks like The Villages loves “Evita”

The local KC Productions musical has sold out each of its upcoming six performances. The show runs Tuesday through Thursday with performances each day at 2 p.m. and 7 p.m. in Savannah Center.

Dawn DiNome and Mary Jo Vitale will alternately perform in the title role each day. “Evita” is directed by Broadway veteran Alex Santoriello, who now lives in The Villages. Santoriello will play the role of Che in the production.

The cast also features Tim Casey as Juan Peron. Also in the cast are Kathleen Kane and Dave Saxe. 

Nearly 60 Villagers will participate in the production, with lyrics by Tim Rice and music by Andrew Lloyd Webbe
