Alice Grossman

Alice Grossman, 91, of The Villages, Florida, passed away on Friday, August 10, 2018. She was born in New Bedford, Massachusetts to the late Joseph and Lena Almeida.

She relocated to Florida in 2017 to be with her sister. Some of her hobbies include needlepoint, puzzles, word find books and riding in the golf cart. She loved dancing at her monthly Villages socials.

Survivors include son Gary Grossman (Melissa); sisters Mary Lent (Fred) and Dolores Vieira; adopted sister Carol Chmura; 6 grandchildren, 3 great-grandchildren, many nieces and nephews; and her fur babies Bella, Lola and Naomi.

She is preceded in death by her husband David Grossman; son Wallace Sylvia; brothers Ronald and Larry Almeida; and her parents.

Services will be private.
