Patient given wrong diagnosis surprised hospital got ‘C’ rating

To the Editor:

I’m surprised The Villages hospital got as high as a “C” rating! To months ago when in the ER, I was given a diagnosis of a mild heart attack. The assigned nurse practitioner gave me the diagnosis from another patient!
