The second Cody’s Original Roadhouse in The Villages remains on track for an opening this fall.

The new Cody’s will be located off State Road 44 at the entrance to Brownwood Paddock Square.
Cody’s already has a wildly popular location in Lake Sumter Landing.
Like its Lake Sumter Landing restaurant, the new Cody’s will have an outdoor patio area and indoor and outdoor seating. It will also feature live entertainment, just like its Lake Sumter Landing counterpart.
John Demetriadis and his business partner Allen Musikantow opened their first Cody’s in Ocala in 2007 and then brought Cody’s to The Villages in 2009.
Demetriadis also has ownership stakes in Cody’s restaurants in Ocala, Tallahassee and Gainesville.
